Marketsz provides freight forwarding, package consolidation, and shipping services to customers worldwide. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

By using Marketsz services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Account Cancellation

Customers may cancel their Marketsz account at any time.

To cancel an account, the customer must contact Marketsz support through:

Upon cancellation:

Any packages already received at our warehouse remain the responsibility of the customer
Storage and handling fees may still apply
Accounts with outstanding balances cannot be cancelled until balances are paid

Marketsz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered if:

The customer was charged twice for the same shipment
A billing error occurred due to a Marketsz system malfunction
A shipment was cancelled before processing or carrier pickup
A shipment request was paid but not yet processed by the warehouse

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing time: 5–10 business days

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once completed:

Shipping fees after the package has been handed to the carrier
Warehouse handling fees
Consolidation services after processing
Photo inspection services
Repackaging services
Insurance fees
Customs documentation fees

Once a shipment has been processed or dispatched, the service is considered completed.

4. Carrier Delays and Transit Issues

Marketsz is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, including but not limited to:

DHL
FedEx
UPS
Ocean freight carriers

Transit delays caused by:

Weather
Customs inspections
Airline or vessel delays
Government actions
Force majeure

do not qualify for refunds.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Clearance fees
Government charges

These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are not refundable by Marketsz.

Marketsz cannot guarantee tax exemptions in every country.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit:

The customer must notify Marketsz within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date
Marketsz will open an investigation with the carrier
Any compensation will follow the carrier's liability policy

If additional shipping insurance was purchased, claims will be processed according to the insurance provider's policy.

Marketsz is not liable beyond the carrier's declared value limitations.

7. Abandoned Packages

Packages may be considered abandoned if:

The customer does not submit shipping instructions within 30 days of arrival
Storage fees remain unpaid
The account becomes inactive

Marketsz reserves the right to:

Dispose of packages
Auction packages
Return packages to sender

No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages.

8. Fraudulent Activity

Marketsz reserves the right to deny refunds and terminate accounts if fraud, abuse, or misuse of the service is suspected.

Examples include:

Chargebacks without contacting support
False delivery claims
Shipment of prohibited items

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently banned.

9. Chargebacks

Customers must contact Marketsz support before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension
Collections action
Legal recovery of fees

10. Policy Updates

Marketsz may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Marketsz website.

Continued use of Marketsz services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
